Come join us every Wednesday at our Stamina in Flexibility Class with our Fitness Experience Coach, Sifu TSK (@Sifu_TSK_Fitness). Our trusted fitness coach and accomplished martial artist will be using the teachings of tai chi and meditative practice to help you develop your flexibility while improving your endurance and mental strength.

Price: FIRST CLASS FREE, then N8,000 MONTHLY

- Develop the Unity of Internal and External, in tai chi it is important that the mind, the body and the breath come into single focus.
- Flow with continuity and without Interruption
- Know of Seeking Stillness in Movement, even in movement there is a sense of stillness.
Tai chi, or "moving meditation," is a slow, graceful, and relaxed series of movements that combines aerobics, flexibility, balance, and weight-bearing exercise with deep breathing and meditation.
